It’s that time of year again!
As we wind down from another successful season, the countdown to Shannon’s Retro Rally Festival begins. This growing celebration of all things retro rally is set to be bigger and better than ever. To make it a success, we’re putting out the call for officials and volunteers to lend a hand.
This year’s festival is packed with exciting plans that promise to delight attendees and participants alike. With your help, we can ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a fantastic time.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, February 15th, 2025
Venue: METEC Driver Training Complex, 112 Colchester Rd, Bayswater North
Officials and Volunteers are needed for:
- Friday, February 14th: Set Up. Times TBC (Est. 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Saturday, February 15th: Event Official Duties & Pack Up. Times TBC (Est. 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Monday, February 17th: Final Pack Up and Checks. Times TBC
New This Year: Shift System
This year, we’re introducing a shift system for our officials, allowing everyone the opportunity to enjoy the festival themselves. By dividing responsibilities into shifts, we aim to make volunteering more flexible and enjoyable. To make this happen, we’re looking for a significant increase in support.
